Movewell students: Details for the next PUMA Squad training session. Open to all PUMA members, these sessions are great to hit the ground running after lockdown.

Movewell students: Seven black belts from PUMA took part in the First ITF Technical Seminar Online. Three days of training covering all patterns. 1,000 participants from over 50 countries took part.
