Your week reminder for a National Technical Taekwon-Do seminar for all P.U.M.A. members.

Please send names in advance via your instructor, and wear full doboks.
- Colour belt syllabus will be covered in the first session 11:15-13:15
- Black belt syllabus will be covered in the second session 13:15-15:15
Cost:
- £20 for one session. Additional family members £15.
- £30 for black belts who wish to train in both sessions. Additional family members £25.
- Payments can be made on the day.
